Cancellation Policy

To reschedule regular priced sessions, please contact studio at least 24 hours prior session date to prevent deposit forfeiture, if rescheduling. Remaining balance must be paid on original appointment date. SPECIALS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED or TRANSFERRED. If Arrival is 15 minutes late, $45 late fee will be added, anything beyond 15 minutes will result in session being cancelled without refund!! DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
